About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. The associate will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with Windows-based workstations and servers, and ensure stable connectivity for front-office, reservations, and other hotel systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with user account management.
• Assist with data backup routines.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed.
• Document IT procedures.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based solutions and property management systems to support smooth ongoing operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Windows operating systems and related applications (installation, configuration, updates, troubleshooting).
• Basic networking.
• Hardware and software support.
• System administration.
• Foundational Cloud Computing skills (understanding cloud-based applications, data storage, remote access tools).

Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology skills.
• Effective Communication skills (supporting non-technical team members, documenting procedures, coordinating with vendors).
• Solid Windows skills.
• Foundational Cloud Computing skills.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality IT, property management systems, or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to respond to incidents promptly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Willingness to work on-site, including occasional extended hours during pre-opening and peak operations, as required.
