About the Role
Alignerr is seeking MBA-qualified professionals to challenge, evaluate, and improve advanced AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where you will stress-test AI reasoning across various business domains and build solutions to make AI models smarter and more useful at the executive level. No AI background is needed, only deep business expertise and a rigorous analytical mind.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Complex Business Challenges: Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems covering DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more.
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions: Write rigorous, step-by-step responses with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales to serve as training benchmarks for AI models.
- Audit AI Business Reasoning: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards.
- Refine and Correct AI Thinking: Identify flawed reasoning (e.g., sunk cost errors, miscalculated WACC, failure to account for macroeconomic variables) and provide structured, actionable feedback.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, capable of identifying formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and weak arguments.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
- No prior AI or tech experience required.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
- Experience writing case studies, executive reports, or business school curriculum.
