Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This program offers a career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. The position is located at 12394 SW 128th Street, Miami, Fl, 33186.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Participate in hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prioritize customer needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales & Customer Service: Minimum of 6 months experience in commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Minimum of 6 months experience in military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Driving Record: No alcohol or drug-related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
