About the Role
The Business Development Associate will work full-time on-site at the South Delhi location, supporting growth in the solar energy market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Generating leads through various channels.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Supporting sales pitches.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals.
- Tracking sales activities.
- Contributing to revenue targets.
- Promoting Bridgeway Power’s solar solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation-related skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations.
- Lead Generation: Proficiency in identifying prospects, building pipelines, and following up systematically.
- Market Research: Experience in analyzing industry data, customer segments, and competitor activity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
- MS Office Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Sales Tools & CRM: Comfort with basic sales tools and CRM software.
- Work Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet business development targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Prior experience in solar or related sectors is an advantage.
