About the Role
Manages daily flow of orders from receipt through shipment, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing customer orders from entry through fulfillment. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order fulfillment from entry to final shipment with various cross-function teams.
- Track order progress, resolving delays or discrepancies.
- Review inventory and communicate alternative products to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and alert teammates when levels are low, on back-order and/or needs adjustment.
- Proactively communicate information to customers and follow up with ship dates for back-ordered items.
- Offer and document concessions.
- Review high-priority orders and determine capabilities before sharing with production.
- Update and maintain internal shipment information to include status comments.
- Maintain on-time shipment log, KPIs, and data analysis for management.
- All reasonable requests from supervision.
