Key Responsibilities
- Work on 3D modelling, product design, and mechanical component development.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Assist in designing enclosures, prototypes, and product components.
- Develop 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Prepare designs for 3D printing, CNC machining, and manufacturing.
- Modify and optimize existing designs based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the hardware and engineering teams to develop product prototypes.
- Perform basic design validation, assembly modelling, and fitment checks.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling and CAD design.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and mechanical components.
- Knowledge of 3D printing and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Students pursuing Mechanical, Mechatronics, Product Design, or related engineering fields are encouraged to apply.
