About Secfix
Secfix automates security compliance for SMBs and mid-market companies in Europe, achieving compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 in weeks. We are a fast-growing team of 36, backed by a $12M Series A from Alstin Capital, Neosfer (Commerzbank), and Bayern Capital.
About The Role
As the first GTM Engineer, you will build and maintain the central, automated system for the entire go-to-market team, replacing individual setups for data, outreach, and communication. This is a hands-on engineering role involving daily coding in Python and SQL, API integrations, and building data pipelines and AI workflows. You will report to the Head of GTM, collaborate with the GTM team, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data: Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for target accounts, modeling accounts, contacts, and buying committees. Build automated pipelines to pull, deduplicate, score, and write back data from multiple sources.
- Pipeline Generation: Develop signal-based outbound strategies, inbound scoring and routing, and alerts for sales representatives.
- Sales Automation: Build AI tools and agents to automate repetitive tasks for Account Executives, including research, proposal generation, and CRM updates.
- GTM Infrastructure: Design the central data layer, integrate new tools via APIs and webhooks, and ensure reliable system operation, including scheduled jobs, error handling, monitoring, and alerts.
- End-to-End Ownership: Investigate problems, identify root causes, implement fixes, and document solutions to ensure system reliability and reduce dependency on single individuals.
Success is measured by reduced manual work for representatives, increased customer interaction, and more pipeline generated from reliable, utilized systems.
