About the Role

As an Event Operations intern at Legend Of Toys, you’ll help prepare and deliver events by coordinating practical details, supporting the team on site, and keeping plans on track. This hands-on role is a chance to build event management skills while contributing to a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare event schedules, checklists, and run-of-show documents, confirming details with the team and tracking deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating venues, equipment, supplies, and other event logistics; flag missing items or changes promptly.
• Support setup and pack-down by organizing materials, following event plans, and helping resolve practical issues as they arise.
• Communicate event updates clearly with colleagues, vendors, and other contacts, and direct questions to the right person.
• Welcome attendees and provide courteous, helpful support during events, sharing accurate information when requested.
• Juggle changing priorities during busy event periods, manage time carefully, and keep the team informed of progress.
• Help gather feedback and organize event notes or records afterward, so the team can review what went well and what needs follow-up.
