About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented interns to assist in managing our book stall at the upcoming Mumbai Book Festival 2026. This role involves assisting customers, processing sales, and contributing to the smooth operation of the stall.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and organizing book stalls before and during the event.
- Help customers find books based on their preferences and needs.
- Engage with visitors and provide recommendations.
- Ensure book displays are well-stocked and organized.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong interest in books and reading.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the exhibition.
