Job Summary
We are hiring a digital marketing specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email, and blogs.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Experience with video production and editing software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
