Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to pre-delivery or post-delivery services.
- Assist customers with vehicle-related information and support.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Promote automobile products, services, and relevant offers through soft sales.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Shift & Training Details
- Regular operations will be in the Day Shift.
- Initial training may be scheduled during the Night Shift.
- Candidates must be flexible to attend night-shift training.
