About the Role
- Seeking 2 Junior Operations Interns to join the Operations team.
- Gain practical experience in managing large-scale events and exhibitions.
- Support day-to-day event-related activities.
- Receive hands-on exposure to event planning, coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Opportunity to grow into an Event Executive – Operations role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team with day-to-day event activities, including event preparation, coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Venue) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, exhibitors) to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Assist with venue setup, branding, signage, and other logistical requirements during event build-up and execution.
- Track production progress and follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain event trackers, checklists, documentation, and timelines throughout the event lifecycle.
- Provide on-ground support to exhibitors and visitors for basic operational needs.
- Identify and resolve routine operational issues under the guidance of the Operations team.
- Travel to event venues across different cities as and when required.
- Own assigned tasks end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support post-event closure activities, including tracking of pending actions.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates from Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related programmes.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in Event Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for events.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
