- Understand the job requirement, screening parameters, and clients' business upon receipt of job information.
- Perform phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters for the role before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.
- Perform reference and background checks as and when required.
- Generate MIS reports as per company requirements.
