Relationship Executive

About the Role

• We are looking for a Relationship Executive to handle day-to-day queries from Bachpan Play School franchise partners over calls and provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily queries from Bachpan Play School franchise partners over calls.
• Resolve queries related to school operations, processes, and company guidelines.
• Work on the computer system to update records and maintain data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pending issues.
• Follow up with franchise partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of calls, queries, and complaints.
• Ensure professional communication and good relationships with franchise partners.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any stream.
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: upto 20k
