Role Overview
We are looking for confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused professionals for the Relationship Manager Banca Channel role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and branch stakeholders.
- Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities through the branch banking channel.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Drive sales and work towards assigned business targets.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Graduation mandatory.
- Age: 23–32 years.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidate should be confident, presentable, and well-spoken.
- Sales experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, Retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the Banca / Branch Banking Channel.
