About the Role
Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Plumber Apprentice. This role offers an opportunity for hands-on work, learning a valuable trade, and long-term career growth within the skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repair, and installation work
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs safely and correctly
- Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Learn industry best practices through hands-on training and coaching
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements
Previous plumbing experience is a plus, but not required.
