Key Responsibilities

• Support B2B business development by identifying, researching, and engaging prospects across brokers, banks, startups, and enterprises through outbound channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute initiatives.
• Manage CRM and analytics tools (like Zoho Suite).
• Streamline business-as-usual processes using AI tools.
• Understand prospect needs and assist in pitching relevant insurance and technology solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Share insights to improve business strategy effectiveness and decision-making.
• Help build and scale new business verticals by supporting outreach, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
