About the Role

Kermis Events is seeking an AI & Business Automation Intern to transform company operations through artificial intelligence, intelligent workflows, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration Across Daily Operations
• Identify repetitive manual processes and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Introduce practical AI tools across Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Management.
• Develop standardized AI workflows, templates, and internal assistants.
• Travel & Event Operations Automation
• Automate flight booking trackers, itinerary preparation, ticket data extraction, and guest communication.
• Develop workflows for hotel enquiries, quotation comparisons, rooming lists, and booking confirmations.
• Build AI-assisted event planning, vendor coordination, and event execution trackers.
• Email & WhatsApp Automation
• Implement AI-assisted drafting, classification, follow-ups, and email summarization.
• Build automated WhatsApp communication workflows for guests, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Integrate communication platforms with CRM and project management systems.
• CRM & Business Process Automation
• Optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books workflows.
• Automate lead management, reminders, task assignments, approval processes, and reporting.
• Create dashboards for management visibility and decision-making.
• AI Tool Research & Implementation
• Explore ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, n8n, Zapier, Zoho Flow, and other relevant tools.
• Build practical workflows using APIs, no-code, and low-code platforms.
• Train team members to adopt newly implemented AI processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of AI tools, especially ChatGPT and other leading LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or Zoho Flow.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, and business applications.
• Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving ability, process-oriented thinking, and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to translate business problems into usable automation solutions.
• Demonstrable interest in practical AI automation.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates pursuing Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Interest in actual projects, curiosity, and execution ability.

Internship Details

• Position: AI & Business Automation Intern
• Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) / Hybrid, as agreed
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Stipend: Based on skills and practical experience
• Reporting: Directly to the Founder & CEO
• Opportunity: Potential full-time role based on performance
