About the Role
Revenue Operations is a team that performs Bookings and Billings for Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create under supervision opportunities, quotations for customers, and booking and billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems. Dealing with limited volume.
- Maintain Contracts under supervision with accuracy to enable Service Orders for customer support.
- Escalate when customer facing issues are not being met.
- Follow the finance and audit processes to elevate risk.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- GPA of 3.0 preferred
