About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests in the showroom, providing knowledgeable guidance on diamonds, fine jewelry, and custom designs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Greet and qualify guests.
• Present products, explaining features and benefits.
• Support guests through the full sales process from consultation to closing.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandising.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as order entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and store sales goals.
• Uphold Diamonds Direct’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and service.
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
