We are looking for creative minds who can make the entire internet talk about us. We are building HireLayer, an AI-powered platform changing how people apply for jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create viral Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Turn trending memes, pop culture, and internet drama into marketing campaigns.
- Write insane hooks, funny scripts, and scroll-stopping content.
- Shoot, edit, experiment, and publish content at startup speed.
- Build crazy marketing campaigns that people actually want to share.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and student communities.
- Experiment with AI video tools, storytelling, and unconventional marketing.
- Make HireLayer a brand Gen Z can't ignore.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Live on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Understand Gen Z humor, memes, and internet culture.
- Ability to create content that makes people stop scrolling.
- Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
- Possess wild ideas and a willingness to execute them.
- Prioritize creating something amazing over following a corporate playbook.
Qualifications
- No fancy degree required.
- No corporate experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in building a meme page, creating viral videos, or growing a social account from scratch is a plus.
You'll work directly with the founders, experiment with bold ideas, and help build a global consumer brand from India.
