Role Overview
We are looking for a creative fresher who understands social media content and knows how to write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook ads, and other short-form video content. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, viral hooks, storytelling, and how to keep viewers engaged through compelling scripts.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook ads, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research trending topics, viral videos, and competitor content to generate new ideas.
- Develop strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and compelling calls to action.
- Convert product features and benefits into simple, conversational scripts.
- Write content in English, Hinglish, or Hindi, depending on the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Understand audience pain points and create relatable, attention-grabbing content.
- Revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fresher with a strong interest in content writing and social media.
- Must understand how to write scripts for Reels and social media advertisements.
- Good understanding of viral content, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Good written communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to research topics and explain concepts in simple language.
- Knowledge of Hinglish or Hindi is an advantage.
- A portfolio or sample scripts is a plus, but not mandatory.
