Online Education Management Trainee

About the Role

Think Academy U.S. is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial early-career talent to shape the future of online education. This role offers a clear growth path from directly working with families and understanding student needs to taking on broader responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations, with the ultimate opportunity to lead a team, academic division, or online education business.

Key Responsibilities

Stage 1 — Master Student Enrollment

• Understand families' learning needs, recommend the right programs, and drive trial-to-enrollment conversion.
• Build strong relationships with families and take ownership of enrollment results.

Stage 2 — Drive Online School Growth

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
• Analyze enrollment data and identify opportunities to grow our online student community.

Stage 3 — Grow into Online School Leadership

• Lead online school growth and operational initiatives, from strategy to execution.
• Earn opportunities to manage a team, academic division, or online school operations based on performance and demonstrated leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or above; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong ownership: Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and is accountable for results.

Additional Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Intended Start Date: Jan 2027
• Compensation: Year 1: $80K–$100K. Year 2-3, with 20%+ annual growth opportunities based on performance.
