Campus Delegate Internship

About the Role

The Learning Stage is seeking motivated students to join as Internship Delegates, serving as student representatives within their colleges. Delegates will introduce students to practical workshops, skill-development programs, and career-focused opportunities, acting as a liaison between The Learning Stage and the campus community.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a student representative for The Learning Stage at your college.
• Introduce peers to upcoming workshops, internships, and skill-development opportunities.
• Create awareness about programs through your college network, student communities, and social media.
• Identify students who would benefit from programs and help them discover suitable opportunities.
• Build relationships with college clubs, student groups, societies, and peer communities.
• Drive participation and registrations for The Learning Stage programs.
• Assist in executing campus campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
• Share feedback, student responses, and insights with the team.
• Stay connected with The Learning Stage team and track ongoing campaigns and activities.
• Represent the brand responsibly and maintain a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a UG, PG, or diploma program.
• Strong presence or network within your college.
• Enjoy interacting with new people and building connections.
• Comfortable using platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, or career development.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while staying connected with the team.
• Previous work experience is not required.
