About the Role

MyT is hiring Academic Support Tutor Interns in Noida for its Global Education Programme (GEP), delivered in collaboration with education partners and schools. This role involves supporting STEM and Coding-based learning sessions at partner schools. The intern will help students understand foundational concepts, strengthen their logical reasoning and analytical abilities, and support their overall learning experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, explaining concepts, and working with school students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline academic support sessions at assigned partner schools in Noida.
• Help students understand foundational concepts related to STEM and Coding.
• Support the development of logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Explain relevant mathematical, scientific, and computational concepts through simple examples and guided exercises.
• Adapt explanations and teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning levels.
• Prepare lesson plans and supporting academic materials before scheduled sessions.
• Encourage student participation and maintain an engaging, disciplined classroom environment.
• Coordinate with the MyT team and school representatives.
• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct.
• Follow MyT's academic guidelines and teaching standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sound understanding of relevant academic concepts.
• Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with and engaging school students.
• Ability to create an interactive and positive learning environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional approach.
• Willingness to travel to assigned schools within Noida.

Qualifications

• Interest or academic background in STEM-related subjects.
• Preferred knowledge or exposure in:
• Computer Science and Information Technology
• Mathematics and Applied Mathematics
• Physics and General Science
• Engineering and other technology-related disciplines
• Other relevant academic backgrounds demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Students currently pursuing diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies are welcome to apply.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• ₹250-300 per completed session, inclusive of travel expenses.
• Opportunity to earn up to ₹10,000 per month.
