Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with bookkeeping.
• Preparing working papers.
• Supporting statutory and tax audits.
• Helping with preparation and filing of returns and compliance documentation.
• Assisting in data analysis.
• Performing reconciliations.
• Documentation of processes.
• Maintaining organized records for clients.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for Chartered Accountancy articleship (e.g., completion of required CA intermediate/group exams).
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and prepare clear working papers and documentation.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with clients professionally.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and manage deadlines.
