About the Role
Neon Fiber Systems is hiring commission-only (1099) door-to-door representatives to sell fiber internet for multiple carriers, including Kinetic, Frontier, Fidium, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Knock neighborhoods in your assigned area (current markets include FL, KY, CA, and more)
- Show homeowners how the carrier's offer compares to what they have now
- Handle "no" with respect and keep going
- Close sales and walk customers through sign-up
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Reliable transportation
- Door-to-door experience is a plus, but we'll train the right people
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
- Traveling and local reps welcome
- Background check required
Qualifications
- Highly motivated
- Friendly
- Able to keep going after your 15th "no" in a row
Compensation
- Commission only, no cap
- Up to $440 per install, paid weekly on most carriers
- Reps earn $300 to $440 on most sales
- Estimated annual earnings: $45K to $90K for 3 to 6 sales a week
