About the Role

The Social Media Optimization Executive will manage and optimize the company’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Optimizing posts for engagement and reach.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Preparing regular reports and insights.
• Coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conducting competitor and trend analysis.
• Engaging with online communities to build audience loyalty.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media optimization: content scheduling, hashtag strategy, audience targeting, platform analytics.
• Digital marketing fundamentals: SEO basics, paid social campaigns, online brand positioning.
• Content creation and coordination: working with designers and writers to produce engaging posts, creatives, and short videos.
• Data analysis and reporting: interpreting social media metrics, preparing performance dashboards, recommending improvements.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Basic graphic editing.
• Staying updated on social media trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles is an advantage.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
