About the Role
As a Content and Social Media Marketing Intern at FXB Digital Media, you’ll help create and coordinate social content while learning how thoughtful planning and consistent publishing support a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft concise captions and post copy for social media, adapting tone and format to each platform.
- Help build and maintain a content calendar, tracking planned topics, deadlines, and publishing status.
- Prepare posts using approved assets and messaging, checking details, links, and formatting before publication.
- Monitor social channels and flag comments, questions, and notable audience feedback for the team.
- Research relevant topics, formats, and platform trends to suggest fresh content ideas.
- Review basic post performance, identify patterns in engagement, and share clear takeaways with the team.
- Keep content files and post records organized so materials are easy to find and reuse.
