Designation: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate
Business Unit: Higher Education
Work Location: Pune (Baner)
Work Mode: In-Office
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions.
- Drive bulk hiring while maintaining quality of hire and turnaround time.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and MIS.
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure process compliance.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring.
- Experience recruiting for both sales and non-sales roles.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring strategies.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-growing organization.
