The Role

You will own Stocks Sena's growth on social media: X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. This includes owning the strategy, calendar, posts, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for Stocks Sena brand accounts and founders' personal accounts on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including positioning, voice, formats, and a weekly content calendar.
• Create daily posts, threads, carousels, and short videos using company data, filings, and features, covering market stories, launches, and explainers.
• Conduct outreach and collaborations with creators, communities, and finance pages to drive user acquisition.
• Monitor website and app traffic, analyzing user journeys, traffic sources, and sign-up conversions, and plan campaigns based on these insights.
• Prepare weekly reports for each platform, detailing followers, reach, profile visits, link clicks, sign-ups, successes, and planned changes for the following week.
• Test new platforms and formats, and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in growing an account, page, or community with demonstrable numbers.
• Ability to write short, sharp copy that captures attention. Hinglish is a plus.
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies for X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Indian markets, including results season, P/E, and IPOs.
• Proficiency in reading platform analytics or Google Analytics and translating data into actionable decisions.
• Self-starter who can consistently deliver without constant supervision.
• Commitment to providing educational content only, avoiding stock tips or buy/sell calls, as Stocks Sena is not a SEBI-registered adviser.

Good to Have

• An independently managed finance or markets account with genuine engagement.
• Experience with scripting or editing short videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts).
• Familiarity with tools like Typefully, Hypefury, Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics.

What You Will Gain
