About the Role
The Food and Beverage Associate role at Amberance Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure a courteous and efficient guest experience.
- Set up and clear tables.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest queries.
- Process payments.
- Support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including order handling, serving, and basic knowledge of menu items.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Foundational Culinary Skills, such as understanding food preparation basics and presentation standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar hospitality settings is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems or digital ordering tools.
