About the Role
You’ll be the person who helps build the GrowEasy team. You’ll find talent, talk to candidates, run hiring and make sure every new joiner feels at home from day one. You won’t spend this internship watching from the sidelines. You’ll own real work, ship it and see the results, often within the same week.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for talent on LinkedIn, job portals, college networks and anywhere else great people hang out
- Screen and connect: go through resumes and run first-round calls with candidates
- Run the interview engine: schedule, coordinate and keep things moving
- Write job posts
- Own the pipeline: keep our hiring tracker clean, current and useful
- Onboard new joiners: offer letters, paperwork and making their first day awesome
- Build our employer brand: pitch ideas that make top talent want to join GrowEasy
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Studying, or just finished, HR, Business, Psychology or something similar
- Love talking to people and can make a stranger comfortable quickly
- Write and speak English clearly and confidently
- Super organized
- Take ownership, figure things out and don’t wait to be told what’s next
- Can keep things confidential
Bonus points: experience in recruiting through an internship, college placement cell, or a fest team.
