Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
- Understand business problems and translate them into data questions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Track key business metrics (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements for reports and analytics.
Qualifications & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting (internships count).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Good understanding of statistics and business metrics.
