About the Role
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EPM applications using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and chore automation.
- Perform advanced TM1 development, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities.
- Design and implement TM1 security models, including user groups, application security, and object-level access controls.
- Develop reporting and dashboard solutions using:
- Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
- Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX)
- Planning Analytics Web (PAW/Web)
- Active Forms
- Perform data integration from various source systems using TI processes.
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business solutions rapidly.
- Support application deployment, testing, user training, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, architects, and support teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

- Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- One or two industry domain knowledge.
