About the Role
Citi is seeking Analysts to join the Citi Wealth Analyst Program. The two-year Rotational Analyst Program begins in July with an in-depth training program, followed by placement into a team within Citi Wealth based on interests and business needs. Citi Global Wealth is a unified platform serving clients across the wealth continuum, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices through Citi Private Bank, affluent and high-net worth segments through Citigold® and Citigold Private Client, and wealth management in the workplace through Global Wealth at Work. The role involves exposure to leading investment solutions for traditional and alternative investments, managed account solutions, research, and advice for all Citi clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Be exposed to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office and Chief Investment Office.
- Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions.
- Directly contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience.
- Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- You are graduating between December 2026-June 2027.
- You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping influential individuals and their families navigate wealth complexities, identify global opportunities, and manage risk.
- Preferred GPA of 3.4+.
- Motivated individuals eager to start careers at a global organization with an innovative outlook on business and an understanding of a comprehensive global enterprise.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $100,000
- Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $58,656.00 - $150,640.00
- In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
