About Koi Koi
Koi Koi makes cards for life’s little moments: birthdays, apologies, or just showing someone you love them. They are a small, fast-moving team building a brand people actually want to share.
The Role
Seeking an individual who lives on the internet and wants to own Koi Koi’s social presence. This role involves identifying audience hangouts, deciding on content strategy and posting rationale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan content: content calendars, ideas, and formats across Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Spot trends early and transform them into posts that align with Koi Koi’s brand.
- Analyze why content goes viral and apply these insights to Koi Koi’s own posts.
- Identify communities and spaces where the target audience is active.
- Track content performance, learn from underperforming content, and continuously improve strategies.

Platforms: Instagram, Reddit
Qualifications
- Endlessly curious about content virality.
- Current knowledge of trending content on Instagram and Reddit.
- Passion for social media marketing.
- Willingness to work hard, experiment, and learn quickly.
Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹40,000/month
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (in office)
- Full-time conversion possible after the internship, based on performance.
