About the Role
Property Delivery Planners coordinate and plan maintenance activities through EAM Systems. Driving effectiveness of weekly technician work queues and contractors to achieve maximum equipment availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer routine and one-off remedial maintenance works for technicians.
- Schedule maintenance work across the Tesco estate.
- Ensure Technician rosters are accurately updated on the workforce management tool for maintenance work allocation.
- Coordinate the tracking of parts orders to enable routine maintenance repairs.
- Handle internal customer escalations and enquiries.
- Manage time and resources effectively.
- Act with integrity and authenticity.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate / Bachelor of Engg. from a recognized University (Preferably - Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management tools.
- Understanding of Planned Maintenance for Equipment's.
- Advanced MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Retail Equipment, Planning & Organising.
- Knowledge of Critical equipment’s in a Retail Store / Planned Maintenance.
- Problem Solving, Analytical Ability, Logical Thinking.
- Knowledge on Automation Tools/processes.
- Good communication Skills both Verbal and Written.
