About the Role

The Fab Hostels, a Group Company of Pirgal Consulting, provides professionally managed student accommodation. We are streamlining operations, strengthening resident engagement, and exploring business expansion. This internship is an opportunity to support the team in these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hostel management and on-ground teams to track activities and pending requirements.
• Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and bottlenecks.
• Engage with residents through the Rent OK app, feedback forms, and direct interactions, and analyze their feedback.
• Prepare weekly operational and management reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research in the student housing sector.
• Research franchise, partnership, and expansion opportunities.
• Support business development initiatives to improve occupancy, resident engagement, and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Marketing, Operations, Finance, General Management, or a related specialisation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organised, and able to coordinate independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in business operations, business development, market research, and the student housing/real estate sector.
• Willingness to work on-site at Kanakapura, Bengaluru.
