AI Tech Lead

About the Role

MYCPE ONE is seeking a hands-on, ownership-driven AI Tech Lead to take an AI-powered product from concept to production. This role involves translating business problems into product solutions, making key technical or product decisions, and driving execution from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-powered products from 0 to 1
• Take end-to-end ownership of product vision, architecture, development, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, technical solutions, and actionable deliverables
• Drive AI/GenAI integrations, LLM applications, Agentic AI, RAG, and workflow automation
• Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production systems
• Make critical product and technology decisions while balancing scalability, performance, and business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of product outcomes

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience building and launching products from scratch
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently
• Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation
• Ability to connect business goals with product strategy and technical execution
• Strong software architecture, full-stack development, API design, and cloud deployment experience
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
• A builder’s mindset: comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and taking a product from idea to real-world adoption

Qualifications

• This role is for the AI Tech Lead track, requiring specific software architecture, full-stack development, API design, and cloud deployment experience.
