Human Resources Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment activities
• Assisting with onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee records
• Supporting HR policy implementation
• Helping coordinate employee benefits-related documentation
• Participating in personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries
• Assisting with HR data entry and reporting
• Helping organize employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborating with HR team members on compliance and documentation tasks

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in learning and applying HR practices.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support related documentation and communication.
• Basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR operations.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR-related databases.
• Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
