About the Role
This role is for a Banking Operations New Associate at Accenture.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems by referencing precedent and general guidelines.
- Process essential functions supporting daily banking activities.
- Manage customer accounts, including account opening and KYC.
- Process transactions, handling deposits and withdrawals.
- Facilitate payments (e.g., SWIFT, EFT).
- Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims.
- Honor requests as per regulation E.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Core Banking Operations (incl. Payments) - Retail Banking Card Operations.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation.
- Experience: 0 to 1 years.
Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts.
