Outreach Executive I

About the Role

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking an Outreach Executive I to develop relationships with community members, engage Medicare seniors, and drive new patient growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales
• Generating leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach.
• Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
• Prospecting and cold calling to assigned prospects and new leads.
• Nurturing prospective patients and prospecting for new patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborating with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, Community Relationship Managers, and other Outreach Executives to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents.
• Relationship Management
• Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth in the assigned territory.
• Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into a CRM system and other business systems.
• Acting as a point of contact for the clinical team/center team with questions about patients.
• Resolving concerns and complaints from new prospects and patients about Oak Street Health.
• Other duties as assigned.

• US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served is a plus (where necessary).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.50 - $31.72 per hour.
• Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
