Job Overview

We are looking for confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The company will provide the required customer/prospect data, and the Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to the data provided by the company.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
• Convince prospects and convert interested customers into clients.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.
• Maintain a professional relationship with prospects and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Confident while speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in the 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM night shift.
• Previous sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Salary

• Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
