Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect materials
- Issue materials to Press and other departments
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP
- Monitor stock levels
- Perform stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare GRNs, process Purchase Orders, and record consumption entries in SAP
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate pricing and credit terms
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in the Materials Management module of SAP
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
