About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy interacting with people, understanding talent, and being a part of building great teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth interview processes.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
