Role: Sales Executive Banking & Financial Services (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role
- Build your career in Banking/ NBFC sales.
- This is a full-time, on-roll opportunity with our clients.
- Location: Chennai and Across Tamil Nadu.
- We’re hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers for field sales roles supporting leading banks and NBFCs.
- You’ll work with customers to understand their needs and connect them with suitable banking products, with training and on-the-job support.
Product Areas May Include
- CASA and savings/current account acquisition
- Account opening and customer onboarding
- Home loan lead generation and sales
- Other banking and financial products, based on the assigned client
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers in the field and explain relevant products.
- Generate leads through referrals, local outreach, and market visits.
- Help customers understand application requirements and complete documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank/NBFC representatives to move applications forward.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Work towards individual and team targets while providing a good customer experience.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Graduates or candidates with a relevant undergraduate qualification.
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting people and working towards goals.
- Willing to travel locally for field visits.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
