About the Role

Saatvik Agro, the agro-ingredient unit of the Saatvik Group, seeks an Analyst Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in developing web applications, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems. You will collaborate with various business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications.
• Develop backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems.
• Work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.
• Translate business, technical, and design requirements into responsive, scalable, reliable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly full stack solutions.
• Continuously learn new programming languages, frontend and backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
• Backend programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or C++.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Git, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Basic to good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

• UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, responsive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes.
• Single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, enterprise applications.
• Automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, enterprise technology solutions.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, issue tracking.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates without previous full-time full stack-development experience can also apply.
