About the Role

The Member role at VUII is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to innovation projects.
• Participate in collaborative research and development activities.
• Support the design and testing of new concepts or prototypes.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions.
• Document project progress.
• Assist in organizing innovation workshops, seminars, or events.
• Work closely with faculty, students, and external partners.
• Share knowledge.
• Help build a culture of experimentation and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to innovation and research activities, including idea generation, problem-solving, and basic project documentation.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and participate actively in discussions and workshops.
• Organizational skills to support events, meetings, and project timelines, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Interest in emerging technologies, design thinking, entrepreneurship, or applied research, with a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
• Educational background in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, design, management, sciences, or related disciplines).
• Prior experience in projects, internships, or innovation initiatives is an advantage.
• Commitment to on-site engagement in the Pune District.
• Openness to working with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry partners.
