About the Role
The Stock Associate is a full-time, on-site role responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining orderly stockrooms and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing shipments
- Labeling and tagging products
- Replenishing sales floor stock
- Assisting with transfers, returns, and inventory counts
- Supporting retail loss prevention procedures by monitoring stock movements and following company policies
- Occasionally assisting with customer requests
- Collaborating closely with sales and management teams to ensure product availability and an efficient store operation

- Retail Loss Prevention awareness
- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with inventory or POS systems is beneficial
Qualifications

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail stock operations is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional training or experience in retail operations is an advantage
